June Roche

Born in Skipton, North Yorkshire.

June has many years of experience working as a Senior Level PA, EA, Office Manager and Operations          Co-ordinator. Over the years she has worked for top  Directors in  companies in London and Hertfordshire, including BT.

More recently, she worked for a large global e-commerce company,     FreeMarkets and was in charge of setting up and running new offices within London and various locations throughout Europe. June's experience ranges from organising the IT, accounts, facilities, administration and human          resources departments. Whilst at FreeMarkets, it was not unusual for June to work 100 hour-weeks and spend additional time travelling around the offices scattered throughout Europe. She had to be organised, and she was!

Having won promotions at FreeMarkets and got the offices and many          procedures well established, June decided to take a well earned rest and left the company in February to relax and start planning for the future.

This is when HITES was conceived. June wanted to share the skills she         acquired throughout her career to assist new and existing businesses improve their efficiency and individuals to create a healthy work/life balance. The HITES program came into existence and already has proved successful with many clients.
